SHIPPING

How soon will my order ship?

Most orders are shipped out on the day of purchase, however please allow up to 72 hours for orders to process. NOTE: upgrading shipping does not speed up processing time. It only increases the time once shipped! If you have a special request, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. We typically ship USPS but larger items can be shipped UPS or FedEx. The tracking number will reflect the carrier used.

BUTTERCUPBABYLV.COM is only capable of fulfilling orders shipped to the US.

FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $125.00 and shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free ground shipping. 

Orders that include oversize items may not qualify for free shipping. 

Furniture orders do not qualify for free shipping.  


If your order requires additional shipping due to the size, destination etc. we will contact you directly with personalized shipping options. 
 
The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we are happy to provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the carrier. Once a Claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled.  
 

Please triple-check your shipping address. We send your order to the exact address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information.

APO/FPO & P.O. boxes:
for orders shipped to an APO/FPO, charges will be determined on a per-order basis. at this time, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. additionally, we cannot accept returns on any orders that have left the United States.

please note:
we reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold, and that at any time to correct, cancel, reject or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever at our sole discretion, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or charged to your credit card. credit cards are never charged for cancelled orders.

How do I proceed if my order doesn’t arrive?

After an order has been shipped to the address provided, we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping provider noted in your shipping confirmation email.

STORE PICK UP POLICY:

Here's how it works:
  • During checkout, choose Store Pickup.
  • Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" e-mail. (This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation.)
  • Bring your ID, credit card, and order number to the store and pick up your items.
  • We'll hold your items at the store for 8 days. If you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment.
Bring to the store:
  1. Your government-issued photo ID
  2. The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used).
  3. Your order number.

Who can pick up your order

You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. To have your order picked up by someone else, you must note it during checkout. You'll need to provide the pickup person's name, e-mail address and phone number. Your pickup person will need to show his/her ID and the order number at the store. Purchases made will be verified prior to sending out pick up email. 

Only you — or the person you've told us will pick up your order — can pick up your items.

Return Policies

IN STORE PURCHASES

In-Store purchases can be returned for full refund only within 7 days of purchase with original receipt/gift receipt. Items must be in unused, unopened original packaging with all tags and labels attached.  Sale items, strollers, car seats, furniture, and special orders are final and are not returnable.

  • Returns made within 8-30 days, or with gift receipts, receive store credit which never expires.
  • Items returned using Sezzle will incur a 6% restocking charge.

Any RED TAG or CLEARANCE item, in store or online, are final sale.

Please Note: We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, mattresses/pillows/pillow & changing pad covers and undergarments

Sale items, strollers, car seats, furniture, and special orders are final.

Car seats are not eligible for return due to safety regulations.

All custom or special order items are final sale.

ONLINE ORDERS

If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line, non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Oversize items may require a nominal restocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, Buttercup Baby Co. will issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping.

 Items will be exchangeable for the original item if defective or damaged within the manufacturer's warranty. Credit will be offered in the form of a gift card should the replacement item not be available.

Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards.  We will not accept dirty, washed or used products.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@buttercupbabylv.com and send your item to:

Returning Gift Items
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Again, we only exchange damaged items. Some exceptions can be made, but that is up to us, Buttercup Baby Co.. You are responsible for the return shipping.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact the store for return authorization number. We will then send you an email with instructions for returns. Your return should be mailed back to: to: 6611 Las Vegas Blvd. South Las Vegas, NV 89119.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and credit will be given on a gift card.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your order has been dispatched, Buttercup Baby Co. accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.

  • If your purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return all or part of the order, you will be credited the full item price minus the shipping and handling costs that we incur in shipping the item(s) to you.

*We have the right to cancel any order at any time! This could be, but is not limited to: Oversell, Fraud, or other situations we determine are necessary to cancel your order.
